Common Questions
Can clients sign on their own phone?
You turn your phone toward the client and they sign directly on your screen. The signature is captured as an image attached to the job.
How do I convert an estimate to an invoice?
Open the estimate and tap Convert to Invoice. All line items carry over. You can adjust before sending.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, all job data is synced to your account and accessible if you reinstall or get a new phone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store app, tap your profile, go to Subscriptions, and cancel JOBCARD from there.
