FAST40 Privacy Policy

Overview

FAST40 is operated by JC Group LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We collect only what is necessary to operate the app.

Data We Collect

• Email address (account creation and login)
• Fasting session records: start time, end time, duration
• Weight log entries
• GLP-1 medication dose logs (only if you choose to enable this feature)
• Apple Health data (only with your explicit permission)

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve FAST40. Specifically:

• To authenticate your account and sync your data across devices
• To calculate and display your in-app reports and records
• To process your subscription

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

FAST40 uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — Subscription management

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

• Access a copy of your data at any time from within the app
• Delete your account and all data from within the app
• Contact us to request data export or correction

Children

FAST40 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
