Who can see my check-ins and journal entries?

Only you. ANCHOR has no social features. Your data is stored encrypted and is never shared.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings and tap Export Data. You can export your full history as a file.

What happens if I lapse?

You can log a lapse honestly. ANCHOR tracks your full history without judgment. Your streak resets, but your record stays intact.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
